Owner-Fred
Richards graduated in 1984 from the University of Southern Mississippi
with a degree in engineering. Fred worked as a superintendent for B.L.
Harbert prior to taking over the family business in 1998. Fred believes
in hands on management and tries to visit each job site daily.
Office Manager- Charlotte Kelley spent 2 years at Bessemer Tech in the business ciriculum and has 30 years of office management and accounting experience.Charlotte works closely with all departments at Richards And Sons. Project Manager- Gregg Cary is the newest member of the Richards And Sons family joining in 2007. Gregg handles project management and all contract issues.General Superintendant- Wayne Cole has over 40 years experience in the site work construction industry. Wayne handles the day to day management and staffing of all sites Administrative Assistant- Lynn Pappas started her career as a teaching assistant then moved on to help manage a family business. Lynn joined the Richards And Sons family in 2003
